Note: Tracking information is available within 2-3 business days from the day we sent you the order confirmation.


We always try to deliver your products from the nearest warehouse to your location so as to reduce the transit time as well as the delivery charges. Sometimes however, the products you have ordered are not available in one location and will be sent from multiple locations so, you will receive multiple deliveries. 

Note: If you want your products delivered in one parcel than please contact us before ordering.

Why is the tracking number not working?

If your tracking number is not working, it might be because your products were not properly scanned before shipping or not updated in time. Please let us know so that we can check it for you.

You haven't received your order, but have received communication that it has been delivered?

After handing over your package from our warehouse to the freight company, whether it is tracked or not, then they have responsibility for ensuring its delivery. You can contact them directly or go to the post office.

Where will my product be delivered?

Your order will be delivered automatically to the address you provided. If you want to change the delivery address you can contact us. 

Note: Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

Which methods of payment are accepted?

You can make a payment using any of the the major credit or debit cards cards. We also accept payments by PayPal.

Returns Policy 

If there is a problem with your product, we will be happy to send out the replacement parts or send out a replacement. You will need to provide us with pictures, a video or any other evidence which show that the product is faulty.  

If we cannot provide you with a replacement, then we will happily provide you with a refund, minus the delivery charge if we have paid for the delivery.

Note: We will not accept a return if it has been sent to us without obtaining an authorisation from us beforehand.

How to return a faulty product?

If you have any fault in the product and want to send it back then contact our team via Our concern team will listen to your complaints and will help you. If your product is faulty please let us know within 7 days in order for us to accept liability.
